SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Your satisfaction with the service we provide is of great importance to us. If you are not satisfied with our order, we are committed to finding a speedy solution to the issue. However, we do not take responsibility if certain circumstances beyond our control occur. For example; Spelling, translation, image quality, color conversion from RGB to CMYK, any color variation, font format, etc. These issues must be verified by you before we send your project to print. This is why it is extremely important to double-check your proof before sending it to us for printing.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS

All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format by the customer. Altitude Print is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK. All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI. Altitude Print is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork that does not fit these strict guidelines. 

COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING

Altitude Print is not responsible for color matching, the colors you see on your computer, tablet or mobile phone will always vary. When printed the colors will be different from the colors you see on your screen. While Altitude Print will try it’s best to match the gradient density of each color, Altitude Print is not liable for the final appearance of a color. Application of UV Coating or lamination may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors.
 
Due to differences in equipment, paper, promotional products and inks and other conditions between color proofing and production press room operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is expected and is unavoidable and shall constitute an acceptable delivery. Altitude Print will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on materials supplied by the customer; however, Altitude Print does not guarantee color matching. Unfortunately from time to time there is a misrepresentation of color due to soft proofing because of calibration of one monitor to another and mobile devices.

ORDER / PROJECT APPROVAL

We will provide your designs samples in a PDF file format for you to approve, all approvals must be made by the customer via email, approvals can not be made in person or via the telephone. When viewed at 100% the PDF will not show the issues ( color, resolution or layout )  It is the clients responsibility to zoom in on the PDF to review the design samples before approval. Altitude Print is NOT LIABLE for any errors not noticed by the customer: If a reprint is required, the customer will be responsible for the full cost. 

PRODUCTION TIME

The production turnaround time begins once the designs have been approved and the order is paid in full by the client. Production times are extended if the files are not compliant, or if errors interfere with our ability to produce the order.
Production deadlines are established in working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays when we are closed do not count as working days. It is very important to know that the production time does not include the shipping time. Sometimes unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process.

SHIPPING

Delays, damage or loss of packages during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier providing shipping services. Altitude Print will not be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss of packages caused during shipping. Altitude Print will not be liable for any claims of loss of business or damages due to shipping delays or damage. Each carrier has limited damage liabilities normally at a maximum claim of $100 per shipment.
 

ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Orders are eligible for cancellation upon request via email within 48 hours of order being placed, subject to applicable cancellation charges. If the job is canceled, charges for any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. No Refunds are issued for any reason once the initial design layouts have been displayed to you. Design time blocks are not refundable or transferable. If a deposit was required to reserve a specific date for a specific event then the deposit will not be refundable.
 
Customer must notify Altitude Print within 2 business days of order being delivered and must notify of any defects discovered in the ordered product failing to do this customer is deemed satisfied with the product(s). If the order is being re-printed then the Customer must first return the entire product within 4-7 business days (at their own expense) from the time the ordered product was delivery to the customer. When the package has been received then Altitude Print will reprint the order.
